-Guarantee/ Warranty.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping we will replace it subject to our returns policy.

All Guarantee issues will be handled by Pet en Care Pet Store only and not the original manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods to us under the guarantee.

Keep your web order and this will be proof of purchase for the purchased item and we will honour all manufactures warranty’s. The guarantee is in place to cover any problems with the purchased items that may arise through normal use. It will not cover any problems that are caused as a result of removal, improper use, abnormal operation by the buyer, or any other misuse or mistreatment of goods.

• PetenCare.in is not giving warranty/guarantee on any product appearing on the site. Pet en Care.com will not be liable for Guarantee or warranty which might be available on any product and for such kind of claims, customers will have to directly contact the manufacturer for claiming that guarantee or warranty.
